Training management module
The training management module allows you to track in real-time people’s compliance with the certificate requirements for running your operations. Based on people’s planned jobs, locations and roles, the system will track their compliance at all times and warn proactively of possible non-conformities on the horizon due to expiring certifications, or changes in locations or jobs.
To ensure any gaps are closed or avoided, training or eLearning can be booked and tracked through to completion.
The module has elaborate dashboard, reporting and analysis functionality, enabling reporting on:
Current compliance levels within the organization.
Tracking certifications, important paperwork (passport, visa, etc.), payroll information, medical information (e.g. vaccinations) and much more.
Historic and estimated future training costs.
Status reporting, warnings and notifications to prevent unexpected gaps.
